I'm Nicki, a 25-year business leader working across all scales of companies, an efficiency-obsessed strategist, and the biggest fan of smart, courageous women willing to bet on themselves.
I built Venture Together Collective because I've seen what happens when women come together in real community. They thrive. When we share stories, learn from each other, and genuinely cheer each other on, the path forward gets clearer, the work gets lighter, the wins feel bigger and it’s a lot more fun.
We build deep community by really getting to know you—your "why," your vision, your unique differentiator. We dig into the details, understand what you're holistically trying to achieve, and then connect you with the right people, strategy, and tactics to get you there.

Inside the Collective, every program and event is designed around three things:

Intentionally-designed cohorts of 8-10 women founders that meet bi-weekly. Together we will dig into your business strategy, tackle real challenges, pressure-test ideas, and gain clarity from peers navigating similar terrain. Syndicate members receive access to all Collective membership activities plus 1:1 consulting with Nicki.
