The Collective Workshop is our monthly, theme-based working session where we dig into one focused area of business together.

This month, we’re building our email lists through lead magnets. We all know an email list matters. It is how we build relationships, share our voice, and thoughtfully introduce our work. The real challenge is attracting the right people. Lead magnets, when they are specific and aligned, can help bring qualified, interested prospects into your world in a way that feels natural and intentional.

In this session, we will briefly cover what makes a lead magnet effective and how to share it well, but most of our time will be spent building. You will collaborate with other founders to generate ideas, refine your concept, and possibly explore cross-brand lead magnets that expand reach for everyone involved. If creating a lead magnet has been sitting on your to-do list, this is a chance to move it forward in a way that feels supported, productive, and genuinely enjoyable.
